Hello, my name is Court(ney) and I’m the artist behind Quartz Edge.

Quartz Edge started back in 2017 as a small owned jewelry business and slowly evolved into something more. During the pandemic, I started using funds from my jewelry sales to slowly collect all the equipment and tools required to teach myself the art of stained glass. From the first cut, I was hooked and completely shifted from making jewelry to glass art.

Every part of the process from design to execution is performed by me - but I owe a lot of my success to my loving fiancé - for this business would not be possible without his constant support and encouragement!

Currently working as a full time horticulturist, stained glass is my night job and more importantly an outlet for self expression. I love playing with textures and colours, preserved flowers and modern design techniques. I take serious pride in my soldering - this is a slow craft that deserves attention and detail. I create everything with the customer in mind. I want you to love your piece as much as I loved making it, and that starts with creating a quality item that wasn’t rushed.
