Damaged Items

In the extremely rare occurrence that your item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the package if damage is apparent from outside before opening. I take pride in my packaging and have tested my skills with a “throw/drop” test - however if you do find your glass cracked upon arrival send me a photo at courtneyraitt@live.com. I do offer repair services for free if the item was damaged during transport BUT you will be responsible for any postage fees required for the repair process. In some cases, I will be able to claim insurance for the initial postage fees but the need for additional fees will be on a case to case basis. Please contact me immediately if there is an issue, either via email or Instagram direct message (@quartzedge).

Items damaged after shipping may also be repaired for additional fees. Please contact me for a quote.

Packaging

Your stained glass piece will be carefully packaged with the environment in mind. I use biodegradable packing peanuts with a small amount of bubble wrap and packing paper. I often reuse packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap and paper, which doesn’t always lend to the prettiest package but rest assured its what’s on the inside that counts!!

Packing peanuts can be dissolved in water or thrown in your compost/green bin. Lets all do our part – please recycle or reuse materials wherever possible
